The SSU TBI is known as the SSU Technology Business Incubator-Local Alliance of Marine-based Businesses and Food Technology (SSU TBI-LAMBAT). It is the first TBI facility in Region VIII. It is the home, training facility and command point of new start-up ventures and thriving MSME’s in Region VIII.

The establishment of SSU TBI-LAMBAT provides a more conducive ecosystem for entrepreneurs to promote and nurture technology-based enterprises and at the same time complement to existing MSME’s in the locality.

Dr. Vivian L. Moya

Director

She is the woman behind the success of TBI-LAMBAT. She believes that poverty could be conquered through addressing unemployment, and that is what TBI-LAMBAT is all about.

Ma. Teresa H. Enalisan

Center Manager

She assesses the technology level of the incubatees and the personal attributes of the entrepreneurs. She has a keen eye on determining success.

Engr. Raven C. Tabiongan

Project Assistant

Engr. Tabiongan is a young, experienced team player who coordinates with the manager and team to maximize productivity.

Julie A. Moreno

Finance Officer

Ms. Moreno assists in the preparation of budget and manages records and receipts. Her life principle is integrity.

Elmar G. Obrero

Technology Officer

He manages the technical aspects of the TBI-LAMBAT to ensure that they’re in line with the incubator’s growth targets.

Jessa E. Pacoma

Social Media Manager

Ms. Pacoma manages TBI-LAMBAT’s online presence by developing a strategy, producing good contents and campaigns.

Jocelyn A. Macapañas

Project Staff

She oversees the tasks delegated by the project manager and ensures that the activities are moving forward on time and on budget.

Mary Grace N. Amistoso

Administrator

Ms. Amistoso provides office support for the smooth-running of the incubator. She maintains the office setting.
